Happy Spring!
 
Spring is almost here, and we hope those of us with horses will be getting to ride more and enjoying the spring sunshine. With the many unusual schedule changes, maybe many of us will have an opportunity to make up for all the lost ride time due to rain.
 
If you follow the news closely, you know that it is been a roller coaster few weeks. We are 
trying to walk the fine line between being cautious but not overreacting and we are sure many 
of you are doing the same.
 
The health and wellness of our members is of the utmost importance to us. We understand the concern that many of you may have about the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it may impact your horse events. GDCTA is carefully monitoring the COVID-19 situation. At this time, we are planning to hold our scheduled events (featured in this email). We will make future decisions based on the accurate and up-to-date information closer to the events. As always, we believe it is 
of the utmost importance to retain our focus on the safety and well-being of our horses, exhibitors, staff and spectators. Follow our Facebook page and the website to keep current on changes to our activities.
 
We hope each of you is safe and sound during these unusual times and taking appropriate measures to stay healthy! We are humbled by your loyalty, and we take our responsibility to our members, our volunteers, and our partners very seriously.
