In my Occupied Home, Hands-On Consultations, I use mostly what the sellers already have, with suggestions of some new purchases as needed. I maximize the home’s value with small, key changes and investments to get the best offers possible.  Often, the main areas of the house can be almost ready for photos by the end of our 3-hour Hands-On Consultation!

P.S.--I know that some of your sellers may not need a full 3 hours of

hands-on transformations, so for those who already "get" the premise of

staging, I do offer a Walk-Through Consultation which is up to 2 hours.

In my Occupied Home Staging with Accessories package, I design a plan for the sellers' items as well as sup-plementing the design with my accessories and art to highlight features and make it more of what buyers want to see. After some prep work by the owners, we come in on the staging day and arrange it all -- nothing is left to chance in this customized and service!
