  • Retiree Group Breathwork is December 28th from 9:30am-10:30am at D'Angelo Massage Therapy located at 3819 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. *Participants DO NOT have to be retired to attend. $15/per person.   • Grove City's 2nd Community Group Breathwork Event at Way2Go Fitness located at 3391 McDowell Rd., Grove City, OH 43123 from 9:30am-10:30am on January 15, 2022. $15/per person. Registration is required via text- 614.931.0016 or email- breathworx614@gmail.com. 

 

  • Parent-Child Duo. Explore emotional intelligence, self-regulation, healthy boundaries and forgiveness as you use your breath to strengthen your parent-child relationship. $1.50/min.

 

  • Enrollment open for 1-on-1 Breathwork Sessions, offered in-person or virtually for adults & children. $1/min.

 

  • Family +Friends Breathwork.  Grab 3 or 4 friends and you choose date & time for a friendship breathe!

 

  • Enrollment open for Building a Conscious Mind Through the Breath, workshop for Educators and Professional Leaders.  $45/person.

Breathwork: A Restorative Practice 

We all experience the ho-hum of a routine. The colder, grayer days spent inside can make our routine feel even more exhausting than normal as some experience Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Those challenged by SAD often feel lethargic and exhausted. They may feel sad, unmotivated, pessimistic and/or hopeless. Turning to high-carb foods, gaining weight and sleeping more than normal is common. The good news? Breathwork can break the burnout cycle, reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality and boost your immune system, all working to decrease SAD symptoms.
