Gratitude has been in my life since almost one year, or to be more specific I became aware of the presence of such emotion. I always felt and still feel a sense of bliss in Nature where I regularly go for a walk or to do qi-gong and also when I dance with a conscious connection to myself and the others. However since I write down three things per day that I am gratitude for, I noticed a shift in myself.
I usually do this exercise in the evening and the morning after I start the day with more energy, with the certainty that I do not know what is going to happen that day, but with an positive approach to the unknown and with an openness attitude to be surprised by Life.
I also notice that it has a bigger impact when my partner and I share our thoughts and experiences of the day therefore my advice is “SHARE the positivity” to have a different quality of life.
