Our new 1.5-hour, fast-paced "Walk-n-Talk" Consultation is the perfect powerhouse pick for any new listings with motivated sellers to prepare for photos and showings. This Consultation is PERFECT for sellers who are already highly motivated and know they need to make changes, but just aren't sure of what changes to make!
We'll go through every room with them, sharing the best ideas for possible rearranging and restyling, while using our 9-step FEEL-At-HOME process to make sure we take every important detail into account!
By the end of our 1.5 hours, they'll know exactly what to do to be ready for listing photos, attracting more buyers, and selling quickly for Top Dollar! $$$ (Sellers can pay to extend the time if needed.)
The introductory $175 Realtor Rate is affordable enough that Realtor's can use this as a marketing "perk," OR the sellers can pay. I do like to know from the Realtor that this seller is a good candidate for this shorter and more intense Walk-n-Talk, otherwise I will do my Hands-On Consultation which holds the seller's hand a little more from start to finish! |
