Article - 1

About Article 1: The Hindu Article on legitimacy of basic structure. It argues how this doctrine allows court to substitute its own philosophy over philosophy or an elected government. Very important for Law optional as well as GS Paper 2.

Article -2

About Article 2 : Philosophical aspect of Capital punishment discussed along with supreme court's views on it. Mostly argument are making a case for abolition of death penalty. You should also read argument in support of it. It is good to be balanced in your answer. Helpful for specific topic of ''Captial punishment'' in law of crime syllabus of Paper -II

Justice Nariman beautifully  argues and makes a case for nature of fundamental right and how supreme court proceeded with its interpretation throughout its formation. Some of the words by Justice Nariman can be directly quoted in examination.

About Article 4 : Article Discusses the effect of trial by media on society. This article would be more than enough of entire topic of trial by Media in Contemporary Legal Development of Paper -II.

About Article 5 : Above article discusses unique relation of president position with respect to Council of Minister. It is mostly is governed by conventions and constitutional text are limited in its scope for the same.
