Welcome to Summer! The Board has been busy and we have lots to share with you, to include our brand new logo shown below! We are excited to bring a more modern look to our communications with a logo that showcases the things we’re most known for: our magnificent oak trees and our golfing community. This year, we are doing something extra special and holding our National Night Out (NNO) event on the patio of the Adriatic, where we will be featuring a live band! We will have a BBQ theme with special pricing on food and beverages. We will provide more updates soon via e-mail and our web site.

Our web site is a great resource for all of our upcoming events, CC&Rs, community resources and other important information about our neighborhood.
We rely fully on annual dues to sustain our activities, communication and important neighborhood projects, such as the Neighborhood Watch signs we recently installed. It is difficult for us to operate without your participation, and we appreciate your support.

Due to popularity of our recent Sunday happy hours, it has been suggested by attendees that we combine our AGM with a happy hour on Sunday, September 18, at 5:00 p.m. Join us for happy hour specials followed by the meeting, which will start at 6:00 p.m.
Neighborhood Watch has Kicked Off
We are so excited to have completed an important milestone, which is to purchase and install signs throughout our community! And, we held our first meeting in June.
Now more than ever it is important we protect our neighborhood and each other by watching for and reporting potential suspicious activity, alerting your neighbors, and generally being observant.
