Dear “Dream & Smile” Backers,
Once again, I want to start the conversation by saying “Thank you” for backing my film and supporting me.
I had shipped some perks before the outbreak, a lot of backers already got theirs. Hope it can give all of you some confidence in me and also show my determination of delivering and shipping all the contributions.
However, the previous shipping plan of mine has been disrupted by the public health crisis – the outbreak and spread of coronavirus – completely unexpected. As many backers know, “Dream & Smile” T-Shirts is manufactured in Minsk, Belarus.
The US government has announced to keep people staying at home, instead of traveling publicly back to work, as well as the closure of transportation ports, including international flights.
In the past few weeks, I have been trying to confirm a few key information, so I could shift our timeline accordingly –
> ZenWear confirmed that all T-Shirts are done and we will make sure that they will arrive to NY safely;
> T-Shirts to Belarusian Backers has been shipped already;
> Delays in shipping are expected due to postage shutdowns while the virus is being dealt with;
> At this point, we hear that all the international packages are hoped to be collected at the April, but this could be further delayed if the virus situation is still severe.
This means the majority of backers will not have your “Dream & Smile” perk in any time soon, except for those who already got tracking info and an email tells you that “Your “Dream & Smile” product is about to arrive.”
I am really sorry for keeping you waiting for so long!
However, I want to once again let you know my strong intention of fulfilling and delivering your Perks. You will have what you pledged for guaranteed.
Please, please give me some more time, because we are in this together.
