PILATES
It's been fabulous to see all my Pilates face to face sessions buzzing in all 3 venues in Horsforth and Yeadon. This term I only had three places available to fill which is fantastic π.
Everyone has been working hard in class using weights, bands and body weight to build their strength and flexibility.
I am firm believer that exercise should be both hard work and fun! I love that you all laugh and giggle with me whilst we work hard in our sessions.
Moving is magic and giggling doesn't half get those tummy muscles working hard.
ONLINE FITNESS SESSIONS
With life post Covid is now returning to normal for so many of us, our days are becoming busier and I completely understand how peoples workout schedules need to change. I am, like you, adjusting to the new "normal" as I go along and as demand changes for my online fitness sessions, I will try to change with them. Please bare with me as I try new sessions and move things around. Any feedback is very much appreciated.
My online fitness sessions are, how I'd like to describe, "express workouts". In 30 minutes you've warmed up, worked out, cooled down and then onto the next job!
There will be a new timetable running in December for three weeks - watch this spaceπ
Here's a bit of what you may find - four 6:30am live classes
2x HiiT sessions
1x Power Up Pilates (weights optional)
1x Power Blast with weights
These classes will all certainly get the heart and mind setup for the day.
