More Tree Planting!
As promised in our December newsletter, we planted 25 silver birch trees in one of our fields. When they grow in, we'll have a lovely tree-lined walk up to the small copse and bench at the top surrounded by six trees.
We took a great deal of care when planting the trees to make sure that the bench would be in the right place to take best advantage of the wonderful view from the top of the field; with Cardigan Bay on one aspect and Ceibwr Bay on the other. The bench will be hand made by Andrew and deliberately oversized, so that grown ups can sit in the sun and swing their feet too... and why not?!
Cherry Cottage Makeover
With the Cosy Cottage makeover finished, we moved on to another project - right next door, Cherry Cottage. We're right in the middle of this one, so no photos yet - save for this enigmatic shot.
We can't wait to show you the results because this is really special and Cherry now has some unique features, for sure. There's not much that hasn't been replaced, updated or painted. Big reveal next time!
The Ceredigion Open - 16th May 2021
It's confirmed! FootGolf Wales is launching its inaugural tournament this year, and Trenewydd Farm is on the tour route. On 16th May, the Ceredigion Open is taking place right here on our FootGolf course. We'll have more details nearer the time.
