August 17, 7 pm: Musical Royalty - Beethoven's "Archduke" Trio

 

ChamberFest Brown County kicks off the festival on Tuesday with an evening of piano trios at the United Methodist Church in Nashville! Madalyn Parnas Moller, violin, Gabriel Martins, cello and Andreas Ioannides, piano will be offering a program of beloved trios by Beethoven and Brahms.

 

"This concert will be a CELEBRATION!" says Madalyn. "I can't imagine a better way to return to the live concert stage than by sharing two iconic masterpieces alongside dear friends and musical colleagues."  The inaugural ChamberFest Brown County is something not to be missed," adds Gabriel. "It is a unique opportunity to hear this wonderful group of artists play some of the greatest music in an intimate setting."

August 18, 7 pm: Volante Winds and Futaba Niekawa

 

On Wednesday evening pianist Futaba Niekawa joins Volante Winds in a French-inspired program of Beethoven, Sancan, Saint-Saëns and Poulenc, performed at the Nashville United Methodist Church.

 

"Being able to connect with Indiana audiences again is tremendously exciting for us as individuals and as an ensemble as a whole," note Volante Winds. "This concert will simply be a joy to share after a hiatus of not being able to perform the past year" says Futaba. "From Beethoven to Poulenc, every piece is dear to our hearts."
