The Kleinschmidts

This home had a small kitchen with a separate section with wire shelving that worked as a pantry and a full bathroom all in the same area. We removed a wall separating the two spaces, removed the shower to create a half bath, and provided much needed breathing room and functional storage. Rift white oak and Misterio quartz countertops added a modern and sophisticated flair.

Curt and I went to the island and got the house ready to rent! Yes, that's right. You can now sign up to rent out the West wing and common areas. The master bedroom, bathroom, study, and cantina are all still under construction. We spent a furious 5 days working 16+ hours a day to get things set up and ready. I took some photos, but more furniture was added after I left, not pictured. Curt stayed on the island 3 days longer than I did, being away for 5 days was hard enough for me!

Reagan Eloise

In just a few weeks she will be 2!

She's got such a great personality and sense of humor.

She likes to tease and gives the best hugs. She knows a lot of sign language and makes it well known what she wants, which is quite a feat considering she still isn't talking.

We hope you all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.

We want to express our deepest and most heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to defend our nation, our freedoms, and our people. We are incredibly blessed to have those that serve, and do so willingly.

Thank you!
