We had LOTS of questions about our gluten-free bagels this week. We always bring a few to the Missoula market because we have a special order for them each week. Our gluten free bagels are not vegan, keto, or sourdough. They contain a blend of gluten-free flours, eggs, and commercial yeast. And we are not a gluten-free certified kitchen, so we can't guarantee 100% gluten-free. But Lizzie has eaten plenty of them and they are guaranteed 100% tasty.
