| | Sin Barreras / Without Barriers The Sin Barreras educational program's primary goal is to empower the Hispanic community in Central Virginia by providing adults with primary school literacy and numeracy, pre-GED and high school GED equivalency training, citizenship classes, and language acquisition skills—both Spanish to English and English to Spanish. They organize Cville Sabroso, the largest Latin American Heritage festival in central Virginia | | |

| | Waymakers Foundation Waymakers Foundation was formed in April of 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on the Latino and Hispanic community in their access to food. Serving upwards of 900 families each month, the food bank, located in Chesterfield, VA, distributes culturally responsive food that represents the community served. Their mission is to provide immigrant families the foundation for a healthy lifestyle by developing culturally responsive programs that address their needs in the areas of food, health, education, finances, art and culture. | | |

| | Latinas Leading Tomorrow The mission is to connect and expose Latinas to opportunities that enrich their future through education, mentoring and leadership development. Their programs seek to provide a safe space for young women to deepen their cultural and racial/ethnic identity understanding and explore what it means to be a Latina in the United States. LLT recognizes the rich diversity in our country and welcome all backgrounds to participate in their programs. | | |
