STATE OF TRAVELERS REPORT 2022

WELCOME to a new year! I hope your holidays were merry and bright. At my house we had a white Boxing Day. That was fun. Now we turn our heads to a new year of travel.

It was a joy to escape to Italy in October. Thirty one savvy foodies savored the seafood, pasta, cheese, olive oils, salt, and marsala of Sicily. We proved that smart people can travel safely even during these times. Italy had good precautions in place and with our vaccinations cards in hand and masks on our faces, we had all of the anticipated experiences and more. The more included an unscheduled eruption of Mt Etna. Yes, it rained large black sand grains on us.

The two Japan trips in March are postponed to the same time next year due to the border closure. But there are still plenty of other options on the calendar to tempt you.

Most immediately, there are just two remaining rooms for the spa trip. Please help me fill them. If you have been curious about this annual happening, this is a chance to take some time for yourself and explore it. It is an easy 5 night trip to a very special place. You deserve to get away and enjoy the beauty of this part of Utah. I believe it would be entirely possible, and very enjoyable, to just sit in a hammock for the 5 days and watch the sun and clouds play against those red cliffs. They change like a kaleidoscope every minute. But there are so many other things to move you out of that hammock, the food, hikes, classes, spa treatments and more.

Beyond April, the France trip in May is full but there is space for Morocco, Portugal, and Polar Bears in the fall. I know you will find something that speaks to you.

Get ready to go. The world is waiting for us. I will see you out there.

Travel well -

Marcia
