What a year it has been!

I am so appreciative to everybody who supported Nordic House in 2021, the founding year of the membership network.

Despite the Covid situation we were able to arrange

three membership events since September. Only our end-of-year event at Cellars Hohenhort Hotel got cancelled due to Covid.

Our purpose is to make new connections, create opportunities and expand business between The Nordics and South Africans

- and we are right on track.

I would like to reassure the Nordic House member network is as strong as ever, and we have exciting experiences ahead of us in 2022.
The Nordic House Network will be more diverse, more members will join our community, and members engage in co-hosting future events.

My best wishes for 2022 and may you all have a great start to this year.

An Afternoon with
De Toren Private Cellar & Wauko Cash Flow Solutions

At the end of January 2022 Nordic House members will meet at the exceptional De Toren Private Cellar in Stellenbosch for 
presentations by Wauko Cash Flow Solutions and De Toren followed by a wine tasting of their superlative Bordeaux blends, a worthy addition to any connoisseur's cellar

The view from the farm is exquisite from the Helderberg, over False Bay and across to Table Mountain.

Wauko Cash Flow Solutions engages with its clients to gain a full understanding of their business, their cash flow cycle and their banking solutions, as well as compliance, foreign exchange and treasury management.

This event will take place on an afternoon in late January.

Swedish author Jonas Jonasson

co-hosted by South Beach Hotel in Camps Bay

 plus stunning wine/MCC tasting by 

Haute Cabriere Winery.

Our last event was with world famous author Jonas Jonasson visiting from Sweden. Jonas was engaged with the room conversing with the members about his authorship, the characters in his books, as well as his love for South Africa.
The members were gifted a personally signed

"The hundred-year-old man who climbed out of the window and disappeared" book for either themselves or as gift for a loved one.
