Due to the new restrictions from FHM we have set up the option of online zoom classes for those who prefer to train at home.

For those who wish to continue to train at the studio we have new rules and precautions in place.

NEW RULES FOR PARENTS

• No parents allowed on the premises, there will be a drop off and pick up at our main door.
• Parents will sign their child in and out with the receptionist, we will need one parent to volunteer with each group, please contact is if you wish to do so.
• All children must arrive dressed already for class, there will be no changing on the premises.
• Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before class.
• Parents must be available for pick up immediately after class, queuing outside the studio for the receptionist to bring out one child at a time.

EXTRA PRECAUTIONS

• Masks for all teachers and adults if entering the premises.
• Boxes will be marked out in the studio to keep social distancing.
• Sanitising of premises, barres and equipment.
• Lowering the number of students in Senior classes.
• Lowering the number of guests at the studio, by keeping parents off the premises and offering online classes.

HOW TO BOOK ONLINE CLASSES.

At the beginning of this term, you were sent an email with information about how to log in to the video archive. With the new restrictions you are now able to take classes online with zoom. If you were with us last April you will be familiar with this system. If you are new than please take notice. To access your online class you will need to book at least 2 HOURS BEFORE the class time. Your login details are the same as the ones you use to access the video archive.

Go to www.internationalballet.se and click on "Online Class & Video Archive" at the top pf the menu. If you are a new student or have moved up a level you will have received an email saying that you've "ordered new plan". DO NOT WORRY - you have not been charged this is the way that the system assigns you to the correct level.

If you are in the same level as last term...please use the same email and password as last term

To clarify:

The email address that you received emails regarding the video archive is the same one you should use to sign up / log in.

If you have not already done so; click on the link in your email asking you to ”confirm your email” once you have done this using the link www.digitalb.online/ibsstudents  click "forgot email" to set up a new password. 

Once this has been done you are free to log in and access book your online class
