Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk, this doesn't take the place of hand washing but for a quick germ free experience, please use.
Practice social distancing throughout the studio.
Retail purchases:
Please use hand sanitizer before reaching in the case and touching.
You WILL need your debit or credit card to make retail purchases. (or cash/check)
I WILL NOT be using your card on file thru Tula anymore for retail.
Retail will now be ran thru Square including tax. just like I use to do at the trunk shows.
Neck mala's have no minimal purchase, wrist mala's and crystals/stones there is a $20 minimal purchase for me to run your card or cash/check can be paid. I carry no pocket change so your total will be rounded up to the nearest dollar (as always including tax) Ex: $10.05 rounded to $11 - this is not to take advantage of anyone, this is to just make life easier or carry pocket change with you. After dismissing lower pocket change it does all add up. (I found this out last tax season)
I can and will 'hold' until the next business day if you forgot your card or cash/check and put away that night if no one comes to claim (purchase).
Wall classes MUST bring & use white or LIGHT colored socks or you can not take the class. (dark colors make marks on the walls) Socks will not be provided at this time. No socks, no wall class.
If you like using a blanket for deep relaxation, please bring your own or a sweat shirt to stay warm. Remember we are getting into warmer months and the air is on.
The schedule will change as I try to figure out the classes that folks are comfortable coming to. I am looking to have at least 3-4 students back in classes for me to have the class.
Livestream and audio are with ALL studio classes.
This is a soft opening.
Livestream will still have it's own registration portion on the calendar.
Please be mindful when selecting.
Livestream - I can have up to 400 students, in person we are limited to 9 including me, 10. (this isn't over yet) This is my comfort zone at this time.
Not all classes will have audio (like they did when I was at home) since I will be cleaning and then disinfecting after each class. You can go back to the past classes that I have put up from the end of March.
I request patience as we begin our new journey together.
REGISTRATION:
Please register one day at a time since space is very limited.
I understand you have your regular practice but we are in different times now and this gives EVERYONE a chance to register.
I will go in and deregister anyone who registers for multiple classes in a week or the month. You WILL receive an email from me that I deregistered you.
It is not my intent to upset you, it is my intent to make this equal for everyone.
PRIVATE CLASSES: I can do still either thru Zoom or in person. In person, all new and old etiquette still apply and realize that your old time slots might not work right now. I need to clean in between classes not only for the next class but for me being in the studio.
Waivers for in person classes are A MUST. You can get your waiver online and print it up and bring it already filled out for 2020 if you haven't already. All pens will be sanitized after use. You need to fill out a new waiver at the beginning of each year. Online waivers are NOT the same as 'in person' waivers. Waiver button at the bottom of this newsletter.
ALL Students:
You MUST Register for classes online - Do not register for the whole month. One day at a time giving everyone a fair chance to take an in person class.
Unregister when you know you can't make it to class to give someone else the chance of filling that space.
https://www.inhaleyogallc.com
on the menu bar go to: register for class, you'll need to create an account (it's free)
Studio opens 15 minutes prior to each class. The door will be locked for me to finish cleaning and getting the class ready.
15 minutes also includes opening up Zoom. ALL CLASSES START ON TIME, IN PERSON OR STUDIO. View Broadcast is your link to get to a zoom class once you register (payment if needed)
