Your Cruise Countdown

Good morning, cruisers! 
 
Today marks 6 months until your final cruise payments are due. No action is required at this time, but we wanted to drop by with this reminder to help you to stay on track with your finances. If you set up monthly installments, those will continue as you requested. As always, if you'd like to schedule a payment, please reach out to Daniel via text or email. He will get you squared away ASAP. Final payment is due no later than 7PM CST on November 3.
 
We are also incredibly proud to announce that we are approaching capacity for our 2025 sailing. Your spot is already secured, but if you've got family or friends you'd like to sail with, please be sure to send them our way before our largest onboard parties go on a wait list.
 
Our goal is to keep your inbox clutter free, so we only send out periodic communication until after the World Series. Once final pitches are thrown and payments are made, you'll hear from us about once a month as the cruise approaches. For now, sit back, relax, click around on the Carnival website, and explore any fun you'd like to add to your vacation.  
 
Thank you all for being the best part of this vacation. Without you all, this Fan Trip would not exist. We are looking forward to seeing some familiar faces back for round 2 or 3 and we can't wait to meet all of our first timers!

The Event Schedule
Explore the Astros-themed events we will be hosting onboard the ship. Please bear in mind that our event times and locations are subject to change between now and the cruise. You'll get a final digital copy AND a physical copy prior to sailing.

From Astros Orange to World Series gear, we've made it easy to pick out clothes for all of our sea days. Don't let your fandom stop at sea days: there are 2 formal nights on the ship, so pack your elegant Astros looks.

Door Decorating Contest
Cruisers have been decorating their cabin doors for years, so we honor that tradition in Astros style. Decorating your door makes it easy to find when returning to your cabin and shows your team pride for all to see. There will be prizes for the most festive and creatve doors.

Sure, it's probably a little early to start packing your suitcase, but we've got you covered when the time is right. 

Document Check
You'll see this reminder in every email we send. It's just THAT important. Don't wait until the night before the cruise to find your travel docs only to discover your passport is expired. Take a look today to ensure they meet all the requirements.  

Take Home the Hardware
We're celebrating guests in a totally new way this year. Guests who win different contests will receive custom cruise medals! Stay tuned for a list of competitions where these will be awarded.
