The holiday season is here! December is busy for us all. I'm always inspired by the beginning of a new month. How can I challenge and encourage our online community to stay connected, accountable, and motivated? Perhaps a new weekday class, a Saturday morning class, a mindful meditation series, etc...
This month I was inspired to add another 6am class until one of my friends in the membership community said she needed time to rest. In January, that's when she'll kick into full gear. Mind you, she's a mega runner, always racing around the world. She's a badass!
Her share sparked something in me. I thought.. hmmm maybe I should take some time off and not add on another more, more, more... (I teach a lot!) Instead.. how about I inspire rest and rejuvenation in our community? So with that said, our December classes will be slower paced with therapeutic, mindful movements. Together we will stretch, strengthen, circulate the blood flow, create more space in our joints, and allowing the body to heal.
Lastly, I'm going to take a little break, December 25th - 31st (just one week/3 classes!).
