Dear Falcon Pointe Residents:
1. The Knox County pool inspector informed us that Knox County would be moving into Phase 2 starting on May 26, 2020, which allows for community pools to open*. The Board has not received any official updates on the guidelines and regulations. It is currently awaiting a decision from the mayor's office. The HOA Board continues to adhere to the Covid-19 restrictions enacted by Knox County leadership.
2. Once we receive the updated guidelines and regulations, we still require a minimum of 2+ weeks to perform the opening checklist, in addition to any policy/guideline and regulation changes per the Knox County Health Department. The tentative open date is set for June 15, 2020.
3. The Board has no control over the guidelines and regulations or when they will be released as it is based on the decision by Knox County.
4. Before opening, the Board will be sending out information on the New Key Fob System installed at the Pool Complex.
