The mission of NAMI KDK is to provide mental health education, support, and advocacy for individuals, family members, and communities. |
#GivingTuesdayNow is an opportunity for people around the world to stand together in unity— let’s rally to emerge from this pandemic stronger mentally, emotionally, and physically. #MentalHealthMatters just as much as your physical health. Help us continue to provide mental health support in Kane-south, DeKalb, and Kendall Counties by partnering with us for #GivingTuesdayNow on May 5th. |

SUPPORT NAMI KDK PROGRAMS |
It costs $245 to train Family-to-Family instructors, Family Support Group, and Connection Facilitators. Without these trained volunteers, NAMI KDK could not provide these free programs to the public. |
It costs $240 a day for NAMI KDK to provide a recovery speaker for Ending the Silence given in middle and high schools. Students' evaluations say this is the most inspiring portion of the presentation. It costs over $400 to print resources for participants in one free Family-to-Family course. |
