Manifestation and Visualization.
A large portion of the positive events that have happened in my life, I credit to "simply knowing" they were going to happen. The good old manifestation concept.
I've been thinking about manifestation a lot this week. You do attract what you put out, after all. And visualization is far more powerful than any of us can imagine.
And off of that; I think it's interesting that manifestation is sometimes looked at as "woo-wooey." (I too have felt that way before, and still do sometimes.)It's interesting that if there is a concept that I really believe to be powerful, and to be very true, that I can still be pushed away due to group-think and pressure from the culture around me.
Truthfully, I feel as if I disconnected from manifestation partially because of this, also because I just let myself get busy and preoccupied.
But, this week I've been reconnecting with this powerful tool. The idea of setting visualized goals, just knowing you were going to achieve them, and then, because you believe you're going to achieve it, or even visualizing you already have, putting your intention and effort towards it, is so. beyond. powerful.
So, I'm here to announce that I've been making an effort to reconnect with a daily visualization process, and simple journaling! And I encourage you to too! That is all, really. Hopefully with a little extra journaling practice, I'll have a more riveting post next week. ;)
