Our next release will be Off Beat: A Musical. As the title suggests, this is a musical... in novel form. Instead of chapters, there are tracks, with each track a different song playing during the events happening around the characters. I'm also planning on having a Spotify playlist for all the songs. Celine Elliott has been in foster care for as long as she can remember. The only thing that she had managed to keep that whole time was the MP3 player that was left behind with her. But with her sixteenth birthday coming up and still no sign of a permanent home, Celine is forced to wonder just what will happen to her when she ages out of the system. Especially given the voices that have been plaguing her for years. But when her MP3 player starts acting weird, and the local popular band starts paying a little more attention to her than she's used to, she finds herself heading through a musical, magical world that she wasn't quite ready for. Look for Off Beat: A Musical, coming out January 10th. |

Did you know that we also have audiobooks? We're currently working through all our previous books, trying to include them in our current audiobook collection. But going forward, all books, including Off Beat: A Musical, will now be released with an audiobook. These are only available on Google Play at the moment, but we are still looking into other avenues as well. Check out our Audiobook page on the website for which titles are currently available. |

Happy New Year for all those that celebrate the Gregorian calendar. After some clean up over this week, I'll be starting on my 42nd book (expected Friday). The book is currently called The Blue Crystal, and will be the start of my Crystal Protectors series. For those fans of some of my earlier work, this will be a return to some of my high fantasy works. I'm still narrowing down some of the setting, but this new world will feature several countries, each worshiping a different dragon deity. The first (and potentially second) books will focus on the country that worships the blue dragon of fire (because blue flames are hotter than red ones). As I previously mentioned, there are plenty of other books coming up this year. The way that I have my writing and editing currently scheduled, it's looking like I'll be up to writing 8 books a year, including 2 Cary Simms and 1 book that will not be published under my name. I'll still be maintaining the usual 6 releases a year, allowing me to get ahead a bit and not be so rushed in getting books out. That also means more pre-order options, for those that are looking to do so. Anyway, I hope you all have a great month and look forward to seeing everyone again at my usual events. |

Welcome to 2024. I haven't gotten around to scheduling my usual events, though I'll most likely be heading back to Jersey Pride in June and Collingswood in November. Depending on what IABX is doing this year, I may or may not be returning to that one. There was also an event in April last year that I could not manage due to another event happening that same weekend. As usual, watch this section for updates. |
