Ending our year with PRAISE!

We can hardly believe that we're at the end of our first year as Legacy Christian Academy! What a wonderful year this has been! We're in awe of all that God has done and continues to do!

Thank you to all of our faithful supporters for your prayers and love! We have seen God's power and Word change little (and big) lives through this ministry.

We hope that you enjoy a glimpse into all of the fun we've been having lately, including our first Legacy Walk of Faith. On this special day, we were joined by area churches and our Legacy family and friends as we lifted our prayers to the Lord and enjoyed a time of celebration.

Please keep us in prayer as we prepare to graduate our first (Lord willing, of many) Legacy Kindergarten and 8th Grade classes next week! Praise God!

We still have spots available for the 2023-2024 school year, but they are filling up fast. If you're asking, "Can Legacy really be this amazing?" The answer is "Yes!" AG Day at LCA!

On June 7th, we had our first Ag Day at our school campus. Our Enrichment Ag in the Classroom teacher, Mrs. Heather Stodieck-Barker, brought local agriculture experts to our campus. Our guests shared about the local watershed, livestock, farming and more. God provided another beautiful day for Legacy students to learn about His amazing world.

Fourth Quarter Enrichment Classes

Our fourth quarter enrichment classes were full of excitement, exploration and lots of learning! We offered P.E., evangelism, Ag in the classroom, book club, nature art, worship band, ASL, STEM and music this last quarter.

Pictured below, the 1-4 P.E. class enjoy a towel relay (1st pic) and kite flying (2nd pic). In the 3rd & 4th pictures, students enjoy a nature art lesson and take a field trip to a local disc golf course.

National Day of Prayer -- May 4th, 2023

Legacy Christian Academy was invited to the National Day of Prayer at our Nevada State Capital. We were so blessed to have our Legacy Beginning Worship Band lead the worship for this event. What an honor it was to be part of this gathering and what a gift it was to have our students and school prayed over. If you ask any Legacy student about the National Day of Prayer on May 4th, 2023, they'll probably respond with, "Oh, yeah, that was the day that God held back the rain, snow and hail for us!"
