Pieter went to hotel school in Brugge and pastry & chocolate school in Antwerpen in Belgium.
After he finished school and training in well-established restaurants, at 25, he went to work as a private chef, world-wide, private yachts, private estates, private islands, private jets.
In 2010, he has created Lunch Privé sarl,
His travel around world reflects his culinary art, healthy fusion with often a Japanese tint.
Lunch Privé has been serving enterprises between Geneve and Lausanne. (ex: BD, Alcon, Logitech, SwissBioSim, Merck, P&G, Cartier, Hublot etc) and for special reunions, lunches, banquets or private.
With all his experiences, Pieter started a new project which offers a collective restaurant for employees.
