Working out of a commissary kitchen in San Mateo, Saltwater Bakeshop Pastries are available every Wednesday and Thursday at Our Cafe in SOMA.

Andrew and Quinn are the Two incredibly talented Bakers behind “Compagnon”. They’ve spent years learning traditional techniques and methods in bakeries across the country. That experience inspired the bakery’s name - Les compagnons Boulangers. We have their excellent Baked Goods available on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays.
