You’re back at work after the holidays, and hopefully—if you followed the advice in our December issue—you didn’t come back to a tsunami of work! But just because you planned doesn’t mean others did, so… yeah. You may still be facing a lot of meetings and tasks that were punted to “after the holidays!”😞
Here’s hoping you’re looking at the new year with optimism. But you also may be thinking, “I have projects to get done, and my incredibly talented team (of developers, or designers, or translators) could run these projects, but I really need them to focus on their own areas of expertise.”
You have at least three options in this case:
Use your existing team to manage the projects.
Hire a full-time dedicated project manager.
Outsource the project management to a contractor.
So, how do you know when you need a project manager? And which option is right for your situation? This month’s blog addresses these very questions. (What an amazing coincidence, no? 😉)
I hope it informs, equips, and helps you as you make plans to change the world this year!
