And now that we've gotten that out of the way... Hi! Hello! How's your day going? I hope wonderful! 😁

It's been cold and wet here in Northern California, but the trees are in full bloom, and I figure spring can't be too far off at this point. 🌸 Now that we've changed the clocks, the days are getting longer, and it will officially be springtime in less than a week.

What's your favorite part of spring?

I love having more daylight at the end of the day and getting out for evening walks. I also love the burst of energy so visible in nature that's equally palpable in our bodies. In Chinese Medicine, the season of spring is associated with the Wood element, and it's a time when we are ready to come out of hibernation and jump into action. If you've been meditating on ideas over the winter, this is the perfect time to breathe life into them and turn your dreams into reality.

Speaking of... The dream I've been birthing is Heart Blossom Healing, and I'm excited to watch it grow and thrive and help support those who choose to make Reiki and Spiritual Coaching a part of their healing journey. 🙏🏼
