New Green Entrepreneurship online course starts on November 2 We are delighted to announce the launch of a new online course on Green Entrepreneurship, developed by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), FaithInvest and other partners. The six-week Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is free and open to anyone to join, and starts on November 2. The Green Entrepreneurship MOOC will provide you with all the tools you need to generate, test, and refine an idea for a green business. It also includes faith teachings and perspectives on business, wealth and the planet drawn from Catholic, Hindu and Chinese traditions (Buddhism, Confucianism and Daoism). This is the first time that a UN course has included faith perspectives. Our hope is that this will help create a new generation of faith-based eco-entrepreneurs, and will also enable faith groups to introduce more business-like and entrepreneurial thinking into their own activities. |
