We need to elect leaders that will take further measures in making changes to our country’s impact on the climate and the environment. UPCOMING WORKSHOP: November is Native American/Indigenous Peoples' Heritage Month We plan to collaborate with a fellow Native American/ Indigenous Organization and feature their work. The goal of the workshop is to provide a space for others to hear about the experiences of an Indigenous-led organization, and learn how Indigenous peoples have been at the forefront of climate activism for generations. Furthermore, this is an opportunity to learn what some local organizations are doing to restore cultural traditions and practices, in such an urbanized Bay Area.
