With COVID-19 becoming an increasing concern, IEF will keep the Buck Road Office closed indefinitely. Meetings and classes will be conducted virtually, and if you have any doubts or issues, please send us an email. Holy Week is from April 5 - 12 this year, therefore IEF will follow the below schedule: April 5,10,11,12: closed, no meetings will be conducted. April 6,7,8,9: no meetings will be conducted after 5 PM. Please reschedule your meetings to the following week (April 13 onwards). |

General Announcements - Email Cleanup: A lot of you are reaching the email capacity limit, so please clean up your Horde email of any unnecessary emails and files by April 11. If you have any doubts, contact Ann Idichandy.
- Caring & Sharing Virtual Class: We will begin virtual classes on April 17. An email will be sent out soon with specific instructions about the classes.
- New *Final* Mentor List: The latest and final Mentor List will be released today. Please follow the instructions listed in the email. If you have any questions, contact mentors@iefausa.com and Ann Idichandy.

WAH Option for Volunteer Service With the office closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC's instructions, Work At Home (WAH) shifts are open on When I Work. Below are instructions to sign up: - Log into When I Work, look at the open shifts, select a shift that works with your schedule. Only sign up if you can volunteer at that time, canceling at the last minute or forgetting you signed up are not valid excuses.
- Contact Ann Idichandy, through text at least 24 hours prior to shift time, stating you would like to WAH and state the time you signed up on When I Work.
- An email will be sent before your shift with your assignment. At the start of your shift, sign into the Time Clock and begin your work.
- At the end of your shift, sign out the Time Clock and send your summary.
