Want to have a say about what ingredients goes into your smoothie?

 

Philosophy behind Green Smoothies: "The Recommended Nutritional Serve (of vegetables) in a Pod".  This means more leafy greens and only a little bit of fruit to keep each pod your most nutritious beverage.  

 

Essential Ingredients

KALE, MINT, PARSLEY, LEMON, GINGER, BABY SPINACH

OBJECTIVE: choose the additional vegetables and fruit that will compliment the above essential ingredients for the Spring Smoothie. You can include as many veggies, seeds, beans as you like, but only one other fruit.
