Spring is on the way!

Ignoring the fact that the 'Beast from the East' is heading towards us with freezing temperatures, the evenings are getting lighter, mornings more bearable and I'm certainly excited about what the rest of the year holds.

 

It's never too late to start exercising, whether you try a new class or come back to join in again. Not only does a fun fitness session help you get stronger and healthier, but it's also a great mental boost and helps beat those winter blues. I look forward to seeing you at any of the classes soon!

SwingTrain

The routines are looking FABULOUS!! Ooh I'm so impressed with how everyone is picking up the moves, and I love that you're all giving it a go and enjoying the music! Well done everyone.

I bring out a new routine every few weeks, and then swap them in and out, so it's always fresh and new but with plenty of opportunity to smash the choreography.

BootyBarre & bbarreless

Thanks so much to everyone who has come along to give these new classes a try - I have received SO MANY positive reviews from you and I am super pleased you are loving them as much I do.

 

NO DANCE EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!! 

While we use some ballet terminology, you don't need to have danced a step in your life. There are modifications and progressions throughout so you can work at your own level, we use dumbbells and pilates balls (provided) to help target muscles you didn't think you had, creating a total body workout.

 

You just need to bring a mat or large towel as there is some floor work. Spaces are limited in the studio, so please contact me in advance to book your spot.

Class Passes

Each class is £5/hr.

You can pay in advance for a Class Pass to receive a discount.

  • 5 Class Pass £21.50 (equiv. £4.30/hr) - use within 2 months
  • 10 Class Pass £40 (equiv. £4/hr) - use within 3 months

These can be redeemed for any SwingTrain, BootyBarre and bbarreless class so give something new a go!

Beginners Tap & Ballet

I have started teaching an adult beginners' tap and ballet class on Mondays     8-9pm at Footnotes School of Theatre Dance, North Walsham. These classes are through Footnotes, so if anyone is interested please contact Michelle Marett at michelle@footnotesdanceschool.co.uk or via the Footnotes facebook page.

There are only a couple of spaces left.
