Château George 7 2019 is my flagship wine - perfect for the main event - and goes with roast turkey, a hearty nut roast, for the non meat eaters, and also as a simply delicious glass of wine later in the evening on its own or with some mature hard cheese such as Comté. Prince de George 7 is that wonderful crowd-pleaser which is all about the fruit with just a touch of oak from 9 months in barrel. A juicy fruit bomb, the oak and tannins round out the many flavours. It tends to be preferred by those who are not into oaky wines or those who say they usually prefer white (but end up loving Prince). Fabulous for lunch or dinner when feeding a crowd with a charcuterie platter, a lasagna (veggie or beef) or mac 'n' cheese.

Château George 7 Blanc 2022 is that versatile and simply delicious wine for apéritif on its own or with nibbles, with a fish starter and also with a number of cheeses on the platter from a goat's cheese to a Reblochon.
 Keep a couple of bottles chilled ready for when folks pop in or to start the meal in style.
