Mayhem or Magic: Our May Newsletter Finds Out May is here and it's time to shape up for summer. 💖 In this newsletter discover ways to stay active, healthy, and motivated as the weather warms up.
With warmer weather on the horizon, are you ready to take your workouts outdoors? I've had my first real outdoor swim in my local lake and OH MY GOSH, I Loved it! What activities do you like participating in outdoors? Biking, Running, Outdoor Fitness sessions, swimming, paddleboarding, gardening...even just getting out and walking in the glorious summer air is fantastic?

Meno-BLAST Class THURSDAYS - 10am - Horsforth Massive well done to all the wonderful ladies who attended this new 45 minute strengthening session.
It's been fantastic seeing how, even in a few weeks, the confidence you have gained and the want for more strength, core and cardio work. ❤️
