Celebrate Giving Tuesday with MASC November 29, 2022
Maryland Association of Student Councils
For nearly 70 years, the Maryland Association of Student Councils (MASC) has committed itself to fostering a statewide environment for student expression, developing young leaders, and promoting student representation in bodies whose decisions impact youth. We see our work as disrupting the systems of poverty and power imbalances by empowering students from all backgrounds and providing opportunities directly related to college/career readiness.
MASC became a 501c3 organization in 2021 and as a new nonprofit, our ability to continue to offer leadership development opportunities for secondary school students is leveraged by donations from supports like you who understand the immense value and significant impact our work has on student leaders.
As a MASC advisor or alumnus, you know that our students are consistently making positive changes in their schools and communities. Through our programs, students develop confidence, teamwork skills, self-awareness, an understanding of their own values and passions, communication skills, an ability to work well with others from different backgrounds, and a life-long commitment to serving their communities. Your donation will allow us to continue to inspire, build and support student leaders throughout the state.
