Fall Has Arrived! 
Climbing, Hiking, and Day Activities at Camp

Come See the Beauty of Northwest Illinois this Fall!
 
Hiking, Climbing, and Camping are three pillars we like to use when talking about Canyon Camp- unfortunately overnight camping is still limited to single-household outings, BUT we are excited to continue our hiking days and host our first ever fall climbing day!

Cub Scouts and Scouts BSA members can join us on October 17 from any time 9-noon for our climbing wall and high ropes course!  The High Ropes opportunity is only available for Scouts BSA, but younger Scouts can try out our brand new climbing structure.

Plans continue for our 2021 summer camp adventure.  Canyon Camp continues to see unit registrations come in, and weeks are beginning to near capacity for the 2021 season- click here to register today!  You can see units registered by week below-

Weeks 1 and 4 are nearly full.  We close our weeks at no more than 200 participants to ensure a personalized experience for you and your Scouts.   Learn more about our Summer Program TODAY.  
 
This fall and winter leading into 2021 will be different, but it energizes us thinking about how great next summer will be.  We look forward to seeing you soon at Canyon Camp.

Alumni Corner
 
Our Fall Newsletter was sent last week.  More than 100 staff alumni and friends have opened our first fall newsletter in this new format.

Many years ago the "Coon Creek Holler"  was sent by physical mail to alumni.  Recent iterations were pieced together under the leadership of Mike Beeth with input from Ron Spielman, the camp directors, and others.  Thank you to Mike for many years of keeping the alumni of Canyon Camp connected with one another.  The new team consists of current staff and recent staff alumni who hope to continue on this legacy started many years ago.  If you didn't receive the fall newsletter, you can see it here!
