Dear Friends,

Hope you are all well and apologies for no Newsletter in January due to unforeseen circumstances - but as January stands, it was a month of goodwill.  In the coming weeks the Sea Essence Barnacle 'Ease the Way’ will be beneficial to work with 7 drops twice per day, to help the mind open to different perspectives - when we have no status or opinion on things, it quickly resolves conflict so others can see our point of view.  As parties of people elevate to a higher mindset ‘Ease the Way’ enables us to let go of all old tiresome energy and administered with the Fields of Light Master Rose Essence Hyde Hall ‘Trust’, we can make way for the right framework of conversation to take place.  When these essences are taken together, we pretty much have it all covered.  We are going through one of the most pivotal times in history and we can’t cut chords with the past unless we want to, everything is changing quickly and a new mindset is required.  These two essences placed in the hallway of the home allows confidence to come through that we have chosen the right route, and those who are unable to see this yet, will be able to soon.

A lock-tight energy is beginning for the Earth and her people - both are now coming together in communion and it has never felt so blessed, to let harmony begin.  Energetically Covid 19 has lifted a stagnancy where ‘Diamond Light’ frequency entering the Earth’s atmosphere has allowed purified energy to birth and stale energy to be released.  When we receive these new streams and shifts they come in levels of frequency and vibration, whether that be in colour, Light or form.  It has been a long haul for some to change and putrid energy still remains in some areas of hostility.  A black mark is seen over Australia and as this graciously dissipates, wholeness will begin - here a frequency has been brought to the surface to alleviate some of the pain that people are still going through and a Lavender energy will be entering soon through the Heart centre, that will balance the kindest of natures. Very carefully people will come together picking their arguments and conversations wisely, and there will be no problems that can’t be dealt with.  The Indigenous Tribes are now gathering for the endgame and much preparation is being done for those that come from the virtue ‘I want something better for everyone’.  As we move through February we are going to see more change in people and one of direction - many have opened and upgraded over the last four months and it’s only going to get more rapid and Heartfelt.

For all of us there have been many trials and tribulations which have stretched us to the limit at times and a trailblazing energy is being made for those who want to make an adventure of this period seeing what they can do to help and support others through these great times of change.  The Pineal Gland (which sits within the centre of our head) is being upgraded and activated to a higher level - people will find an upgrade in personality as the higher formation of notes enter.  We are now at a precipice of all things ‘Gold’ and as we pick up pace for this new era, our minds can change easily to accommodate this field when we integrate this energy through a quiet meditative practice.  Coming from a damaged libido of ‘I don’t belong’ subtly adjusts itself to ‘I do belong and I want to belong somewhere special’, meditation stills, and we all need to respect each other here and hold space to develop quietly.  A lot of people are experiencing dizzy spells, headaches and uncomfortable bones and joints, nausea, this is to do with the refinement of the energetic streams and the parallels of thought where we need to raise our thought processes to compensate for the World's energetic adjustments taking place.  Some call these physical afflictions ‘Ascension Symptoms’ - these have been going on for many years, but as these new streams arrive, exercise, a wholesome diet, plenty of clean water, meditation and quietness are the best ways of refueling our system.  This way our physical and subtle bodies can accommodate the expansion of what is needed to feel balanced, vital and in harmony as we embrace these new levels.

As it stands we are now in a transitionary stage which will continue throughout the Summer into October where we will be guided by our Hearts, don’t doubt this or rush anything, just be peaceful with who you are.  There is a special time on its way for those who are guided by their ‘Compass’ - their Hearts, and it is here that we will notice others taking the same route.  Tests will be given to those who do not find their work satisfying and an agenda will also be graced to those who captain their own ship, as all is levelling up for us to evolve. The science behind these times is gentler with more kindness being shown by everyone - most people now are more pleasing to sit and talk to, so open here, show appreciation, and don’t doubt your ability to sail through this doorway. Edgy feelings are being dismantled quickly and those who have lacked choice are beginning to chose a newer way of thinking and integrating more fully with what their Heart wants next in life.  This gentler side being shown now, allows regrets to pass and people are more willing to help and integrate with others more freely - and as timely events show themselves, most are getting to grips with how much could have been handled differently.  It will feel a little disorganised as a pardoning and a clearing up of the fields goes on, keeping the Pastel Essence Sapphire and White ‘Hope’ on the table in the kitchen area of our homes will enable us to let things go a little and by the end of the month the Master Essence ‘Truth Love and Happiness’ administered internally 8 drops twice per day, will help us imbue the trajectory ‘I have a better outlook’.

There is a whirlwind of activity going on at the moment taking us into March and beyond, keep a level head and clear the mindset frequently, take plenty of walks in the countryside, the beach area if you are able to and Service yourself and others by giving a helping hand in the best way that you can.

THE COMMON COLD

As soil begins in the Heart with the common cold, our nervous system becomes out of balance when there is a void of disruption.  The common cold is one of fury where the Heart has felt belittled and entwined with the knowledge of ‘I don’t deserve this’.  It quietens the mind when we feel wanted and secure, the Heart adjusts to a parallel of thought ‘I’m very happy, I’m loved and cared for by someone special’.  Colds and flu fly around everywhere and integrate fully when someone doesn’t feel loved or supported and energetically there is a varied energy passing through the system that requires a readjustment.  Holistically many people want to feel well, stay grounded and have a trouble-free life.  Activation of the Pineal Gland helps this readjustment tremendously to equip our view that trust is there whatever the cost when we feel at one with our higher self and higher path.  Many who have taken this route have found many colds disappear and flu will halt altogether when we are pleased with some of the work we produce when the Pineal Gland is activated.

Spasms start in the brain when our Third Eye feels heavy and troubled.  The darkness around the Third Eye feels stiff first thing in the morning and a heavy head late at night attracts the parallel of thought ‘I’m not happy and I’m not wanted’.  Deep shame energy is seen here where darkness grows and a spilling over of this energy runs down the spine until it settles in the stomach making us feel nauseas and at a loss of what to do.  The head starts to swirl, our balance can be lost, and a devious energy of all the darkness of moments of mistrust come to the surface and repeats itself until we behave differently. The Sea Essence Barnacle ‘Ease the Way’ cheers us up, it helps us level out a little, it gently observes and quietens our mind to observe rather than jump in and be startled, the varied energy passes through this way and gradually a humbling can begin internally before it is seen externally - a bridge must be built with ourselves before we can become able to see a confident outcome.

As the old ground crumbles this filtration is different and a gentle energy resides within most people to help, quieten and gently seal another parallel of thought ‘I want something better’.  Be happy where you are if you don’t want to change, but let others change and develop at their own speed, all is given in time and space and eventually when lessons are held dear, we get the message.  Keep clearing, quietly reform and engineer your way to a better future for yourself and everyone who wants to join you.
