It’s been a while since I’ve been back to work and I’m just recovering from the physical impact the lockdown had on my body.
However like many I found it mentally challenging but not as much as I resuming work and getting used to the “new normal”. On the night of my third day back, my mind was racing as I was trying to go to sleep.
I needed to relax and the only way I knew how was by giving myself some reiki. As I laid my hands around my body, within minutes I could feel my body relaxing, my mind quietening and I eventually fell asleep.
