The dolls can now be previewed in my shop. You can check my Instagram story for a countdown to the drop. You can also Google search "8 PM Sweden in [your country/state/city]" - that will be the time the dolls are for sale (give or take a minute). For those that are new: my dolls usually sell quickly, so you need to be ready at the time that they go live to make sure you get the one you want.
Mini pumpkin dolls are available again on March 3-4. When you purchase a mini during those days, I will aim to have it finished and shipped by March 9th, as I'm going on vacation after that. Normally the waiting period can be up to 3 weeks. Because of my vacation, I will only have a limited amount of minis available. They will be back again on March 20th as well.
Paypal is available for those with no other option, but please avoid using it if you can. Their high fees really add up for me over time. Save your card info instead for fast checkout by making an account. (Thank you, I really appreciate it!) Not sure how? Check my FAQ for help, it's explained at the top of the Payment section.
About 15 minutes before the drop time, I will take down the listings temporarily to update all the settings. I do this to avoid a glitch I've encountered in the past that seems to happen when there are many people on the site at the same time. There will be a message on the page saying they will be back at the time of the drop. When it's time - refresh, refresh, refresh! When a listing states it is sold out and it no longer has the "For sale Feb 3rd" banner on the picture, then it has indeed been sold. As long as the banners are still there, the shop update hasn't happened yet.
The dolls will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Shipping to the USA has gotten very quick and every package from this year has arrived within 9 days after I hand it in at the post office. Some even get it in 6 days! (I unfortunately don't have exact shipping times for other countries.)

MISSED OUT? / CUSTOM ORDERS
In most cases I will be able to make another doll that looks incredibly similar to a doll you may have missed out on in my shop. For this, you can place a custom order. I have decided to go back to accepting custom and repeat orders via email and instagram. I hope it gives you a more relaxed purchasing experience in contrast to my shop updates. I am currently accepting custom orders to be made in April, May, June and July 2024. There will then be a pause during August, September and October. This means that if you contact me in the last week of July, I will most likely not be able to make it until November. The months mentioned are the creating period, not the accepting-orders-period. I plan to alternate custom orders with making one of my own designs for the shop, so there may be a wait if you place an order within the creating periods. If you place a custom order for several months ahead, we can discuss a more specific date by which I will do my best to have the doll finished. More info on the Custom order page on my website.
