01 The East Coast View Villa Expected project completion: September 2023 Design style and type: Restoration, Residential Special Features: Restoration of coral stone remains of an old abandoned Barbadian structure as part of the development of a transitional residential property. Spaces: An open plan kitchen, living room and dining area completes the great room of this property, with breathtaking panoramic views of the east coast. This villa includes four ensuite bedrooms, a study space, romper room, garage and laundry area. The pool has been purposefully located to capture the soothing sounds of the nearby cascading river. Lush gardens to the north, south and west completes the property. |

03 Specialised Healthcare Facility Expected project completion: June 2023 Design style and type: Restoration, Public healthcare Special Features: Restoration of external features dating circa 1891, including original coral stone chimney. Spaces: This project includes the refurbishment of two buildings as part of a larger healthcare complex.These buildings will feature an occupational therapy and recreational therapy department, with a total gross covered floor area of 9,340 square feet. |

02 The Golf Course View Villa Expected project completion: September 2023 Design style and type: Contemporary, Residential Special Features: An impressive 20m long lap swimming pool. Spaces: When completed this villa will accommodate four ensuite bedrooms, including a ground floor master suite with direct access to a carefully landscaped and terraced garden. Other highlight spaces include a spacious open plan kitchen and living area which seamlessly connects to a covered veranda and pool deck beyond. An enclosed garage, laundry area, study and basement will complete this property’s amenities. |

04 The Estate View Villa Expected project completion: April 2023 Design style and type: Transitional, High-end residential Special Features: An Infinity pool and gazebo, two signature external lounges, terraced landscaping with spectacular boulder walls. Spaces: Spread across two floors, each of the villa’s four ensuite bedrooms will have commanding golf course views at Apes Hill. Additionally its open plan great room and kitchen will include an impressive 12 foot high ceiling. |

05 Phase 2 of Historical Restoration of Civic Buildings Expected project completion: March 2023 Design style and Type: Historical restoration, Civic building Special Features: Exterior restoration of the Magistrates Court and rebuilding of the Old Town Hall’s feature staircase. Spaces: As part of the second phase of restorative works to this judicial complex in Bridgetown, our project includes the completion of the interior rehabilitation of the Magistrates Court and Old Town Hall, dating to circa 1730. |

06 The Valley View Villa Expected project completion: July 2023 Design style and type: Contemporary, High-end residential Special Features: A lawn lounge with grass steps, adding additional entertainment spaces to the pool deck. Spaces: Designed with symmetry in mind, this villa includes an open plan great room and kitchen, bordered by two bedroom wings. The two ground floor ensuite master bedrooms will have direct access onto a covered veranda, gazebo and stunning pool deck. On the upper floor there will be another two ensuite bedrooms with private verandas and views across Apes Hill Golf Estate. |
