Welcome to Day 1 dedicated to Ancient Mother
This day offers an opportunity to connect deeply with the consciousness of Ancient Mother,
her wisdom, her gifts and her messages in the journey of Reweaving Wholeness.
Rest in Loving Essence
As we begin our journey of healing,
We ask to release from our lives all that no longer serves.
We agree to let go of the noise and the toxins
And the habits and the fears
And the feelings that hurt ourselves and others.
We shed that which is stale and rigid and lifeless
And relinquish that which has constrained
Our creativity and compassion.
We go deeper, listening patiently as the veils clear,
And fresh spaces open to new breath.
And in for-giving space,
Essence reawakens
Sprouting fresh roots
As it stirs in readiness
To dance again in love with all that is

Speaking from the Heart of White Lion ancestral territories, an ancient Sacred Natural Site which has been restored from an exploited wasteland to a flourishing paradise under the paws of Africa’s King of Kings, Linda Tucker offers an opening visualization for the year ahead, highlighting the opportunities being birthed out of the global challenges that we have all faced.
Founder of the Linda Tucker Foundation and Global White Lion Protection Trust, she and her team have successfully rewilded the White Lions, securing vast protected heritage lands in the heart of their ancestral territories in UNESCOs Kruger to Canyons Biosphere.
The White Lions and the work of Linda Tucker and the Global White Lion Protection Trust have been a profound inspiration for the 7 Days of Rest Event and for all of the initiatives of Together in Creation. We are immensely grateful to Linda Tucker for this powerful opening message from the Heartlands.

The following reflections and practices are offered to open channels of connectivity with Ancient Mother and Reweaving Wholeness.
1. In silent space of reverence and listening, invite into your consciousness the presence of Ancient Mother and notice how she becomes present for you here and now. Notice how your energy shifts with your attunement to her presence, and become aware of any sensations, images, reveries, insights or messages that may arise.
2. Sense into how you may feel called to deepen the circulation with Ancient Mother in your own way. Follow your intuition - perhaps you are called to close your eyes and listen deeply to her presence within, perhaps you are called to lie with your belly on the Earth, perhaps to dance or sing or paint with Her. Offer this process your full attention and notice the nuances and evolution of this journey of communion.
3. What do you notice about the qualities of Ancient Mother as you engage in loving communion with Her? Notice how Her presence and the qualities she brings are an essential and nourishing part of your life and of the world around you. Sense into how you hold Ancient Mother and her essence within you, and reflect on how the qualities you notice in Her are qualities that exist within yourself as well. What would it look like to nurture these qualities within you and to express them ever more in your every day Life?
4. Sense into how Ancient Mother is intricately connected to the experience of Wholeness. In your heart ask for guidance from Ancient Mother about your own path towards Reweaving Wholeness and your path of healing, service and manifesting the fullness of your potential. Allow yourself to receive the response in whatever form it may take.
5. Offer gratitude to Ancient Mother for this journey of Reweaving Wholeness through connecting with her, and share with her what is in your heart in this moment as you attune to her presence. Ask for the support and nourishment you would like in your journey. As you recognize the gifts of Ancient Mother and open to deepening the ongoing relationship with her, sense into how you would like to honor and nourish her as an ongoing practice, inspired by her own nurturing and creative life-giving generosity.
