Simple Gifts

The stretch between Thanksgiving and winter breaks is one of the blurriest times of the year for school people: celebrations, mid-year project deadlines, next year's budget, the first rumblings of the hiring season, and the astonishing realization that the school year is halfway over. Oh, yeah, and your own family's holiday plans.
