Welcome Back from GVMPA

Last Day to Order Mums!

Remember: All mums orders are due by TOMORROW, Saturday, Sept. 10th!  
 
Mums will be available for pick-up at GVHS on Saturday, September 17th from 10AM - 1PM ONLY.
 
Please consider volunteering Saturday morning (10/17) to pick up the mums and/or sort and distribute orders at school.

GVMPA represents Great Valley music parents/guardians and their students. Please provide us with any comments, questions, or concerns that you have at any time. You can email the board at contact@gvmpa.org or speak with any board member.

Help Wanted!
 
Volunteers are needed to help with the picnic lunch at the marching band competition on Saturday, Sept. 17th at Rustin High School. Please consider donating food or supplies, helping with meal set-up/serving/clean-up, or chaperoning. Any and all help is appreciated! Click here to sign up.

Student CHARMS Accounts
With the Disney trip this year, along with other activities, you will want to make sure that you have access to your student's Charms account. Below is a quick reminder on how to access Charms. 
 
• Go to www.charmsoffice.com
• Click LOGIN in the upper right corner –> choose Parents/Students/Members
• Type School Code = GVSDMusic
• Type Student Area Password: set initially to each student's six-digit GVSD ID number 
(as entered by you on the registration)
 
     Note: If you have trouble accessing your account, email treasurer@gvmpa.org for a password reset

Monthly Membership Meetings
We plan to hold our GVMPA membership meetings on the last Tuesday 
of every month, so mark your calendars now. Everyone is welcome!
 
Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 27th
at 7PM in the high school Choir Room.
We'll be so glad to see you!
