We only collect and hold information that is necessary for us to conduct our business and provide you with a great customer-experience. Information you share with us is the primary collection method. Other information may be provided to us by third-parties you have shared your information with, such as the Ballina Golf & Sports Club.

- golf club membership status (at Ballina Golf & Sports Club);

- contact details like your email address or phone number;

- delivery address; and

- product/s purchased or bookings made by you (e.g. order history, or loyalty member status).

 

Our website allows you to save your payment details for use again later. We do NOT have access to those details. Our website design host is responsible for the secure storage of those payment details. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the security of any payment details you may choose to save.

 

Our website also automatically produces analytics of our website traffic. This is anonymised data that tells us how many visitors we have had to our website, how many purchases or bookings were made, and other general information that will assist us to improve our services to you.

 

~How secure is my information?~

We make every effort to ensure the information we collect from you is stored securely. We maintain up-to-date cyber security and ensure strict parameters around our staff members' access to this information.

 

We will not share your information without your consent to anyone else, unless we:

- are required to do so by law; or

- we need to share your information with another entity, such as a courier, in order to fulfill our services to you.

We cannot guarantee the security of your information held by these or other third-parties.

You can edit most of your personal information yourself by logging-in to your account on our website. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and one of our friendly staff will assist you.
