Many years ago, I was working at a spa. Our facials were factory like facials, all the same. To have anything different in the treatment, the client had to ask for it, or if we had the time (which was never) to offer it, and of course the client had to pay for it.
I had a client for her first facial ever, Mrs. Jackson. An 80 year old lady. Vivid, active, and sweet as she could be. I knew she would benefit more from a different kind of treatment, so I started explaining the difference and the price to her. I will never forget her expression when she said "Honey, you confused me even more."
And that's how the idea was born.
Which was passionately rejected by management, but few years later I met Ilan and Masha from Blossom Massage, and they welcomed it. Everything always works out for the best.
I take pride in the All Inclusive Facial. It's so stress free for the client and for me. All the modalities that I am certified in (and I am certified in a lot) are included, if suitable for your skin. Every product that I like is in my treatment room, included in this facial. I am not tied to a brand, in fact, my treatment room looks like a flea market, with everything I like in it, because I consider it my job to be on top of my game, yours is to have a glowing skin.
Mrs. Jakson is no longer with us. I was able to visit her in the nursing home several times. I was so happy to tell her that she is behind what I consider the game changer in my career. I don't think she understood then, but I am sure she knows now.
