Classical Ta'i Chi Chu'an Summer 2022 |

Outdoor Ta'i Chi Summer is a great time to practice Ta'i Chi outside. The surface feels very different than a hard gym floor as you place your feet and move your body in harmony with the natural elements surrounding you. Where is your favorite outdoor location to practice Ta'i Chi? Make sure to let me know. Even better yet, send me a picture! |
