Pratham Skilling conducted a large-scale youth aspiration and skill gap survey of 10,000+ youths across 300+ villages in Jharkhand & Odisha. While giving micro insights for these two specific states, the survey will also support in understanding the current challenges and aspirations of youth in the wake of the pandemic. We hope to share key insights with you soon in the upcoming months. 200+ local volunteers were engaged in the data collection activity. Here is Lalita's experience post the survey training, right before going to the field. The data collection activity has indeed added to the skills of these youth volunteers while also making them aware of the employment status of their villages. We are excited to share all their stories with you in the coming editions! |
