Do you allow yourself some quiet time amid the busyness of this season? It's easy to put self-care last when we are trying to do all the things for everybody else—but, at the end of the day, we can be a better support to the people we love if we take time out to care for ourselves.
I will always remember a poignant statement from one of my teachers in energy healing: Practitioner down, game over.
Replace practitioner with parent, partner, friend, etc. Taking care of yourself is paramount so you can show up for others. (Much like putting on your own oxygen mask first—we all know the drill.)
